Let's make sure JourneyCARE is a *perfect fit* by having a conversation about your goals, the functionality you'd need, and your preferred timeline for implementation. That way, we can create a plan, you'll get all your questions answered, and your organization will be able to move forward with complete confidence.
When you're ready to sign up, there are 3 steps...
1) sign your agreement (we'll send it to you via email)
2) pay any applicable set-up fee and get your subscription started;
3) schedule your first onboarding session.
In our first onboarding session, we'll do a walk-through of your new account, focusing on the pieces of functionality that are specific to your membership and how you'll be using JourneyCARE. Along the way, we'll fill in some of the administrative and techy bits and we'll develop a plan for how the set-up will proceed.
On a mutually agreeable day and time, we'll reconvene for a progress check-in.
The third and final onboarding session typically happens immediately prior to your Go Live in order to do a final check on all of the set-up and answer questions that you may have.
Wondering what happens after our initial work is complete? We've still got you covered with ample opportunities to learn about JourneyCARE and get questions answered. In fact, we fully expect that you will have lots of questions as you and your team begin using the platform!
Open Office Hours: Available Monday-Friday at 11 am Eastern, 10 am Central, 9 am Mountain, and 8 am Pacific. You do need to RSVP for a seat because each session is limited to 4 organizations. This ensures that there is time to address each person's questions.
Live Chat Support: Available *every* day from 8 am - 4 pm Pacific.
Help Library / Submit a Ticket: Available *every* day, 24/7.
Weekly CAREpoints Training: These sessions offer an 'over-the-shoulder' view of how you can use JourneyCARE to ease administrative burden, while attracting and serving your members.
