Option #1: The VIP Excursion (Less than 1 week)

A VIP Excursion package focuses on setting up JourneyCARE automations to address a specific need or solve a specific problem for your organization. We put focused attention on the set-up for an entire day so you can be up and running fast.


Because you spend this day working with our team, you gain a strong understanding of how the automations are constructed and what you need to do in the future if you'd like to make changes or add additional options.


You get:

  • 60-minute Zoom session to identify the required automations prior to the Excursion Day
  • Clear instructions regarding any prep work or content that I'll need from you
  • One full day dedicated to setting your account up and building out automations
  • 30 days of personalized support if you run into any issues (beyond 30 days, we still offer LOTS of free support options via the 24/7 Help Library, Help Chat, Open Office Hours)

Package Fee: $2750

*Your JourneyCARE subscription begins after the Excursion Day is completed and will be be $97/month or $997/year.

Option #2: The Expedition (2-3 Weeks)

This package provides for full set-up of JourneyCARE when a website is *not* required.


You get:

  • 60-minute Zoom session to initiate account set-up
  • 60-minute Zoom session to review your data and sign-up/renewal processes
  • 60-minute Zoom session to map required automations
  • Clear instructions regarding any prep work or content needed from you between sessions
  • Data import and customization of fields
  • Creation of required automations
  • Set-up of required email templates
  • Integration of payment processing
  • Training you after set-up on how to utilize the JourneyCARE functionality
  • 60-minute Zoom session for training after set-up
  • 30 days of personalized support if you run into any issues (beyond 30 days, we still offer LOTS of free support options via the 24/7 Help Library, Help Chat, Open Office Hours)

Package Fee: $5500 (payment plans available)

Option #3: The Grand Voyage (4-6 Weeks)

This package is for complete done-for-you set-up of JourneyCARE including creation of a modern, mobile-friendly website and transfer of content from an existing site.


You get:

  • 60-minute Zoom session to initiate account set-up
  • 60-minute Zoom session to review your data and sign-up/renewal processes
  • 60-minute Zoom session to map required automations
  • 60-minute Zoom session to review website design preferences
  • Clear instructions regarding any prep work or content that I'll need from you
  • Data import and customization of fields
  • Creation of required automations
  • Set-up of required email templates
  • Custom website design with 2 rounds of revisions
  • Transfer of website content from existing site to new site
  • 60-minute Zoom session for training after set-up
  • 30 days of personalized support if you run into any issues (beyond 30 days, we still offer LOTS of free support options via the 24/7 Help Library, Help Chat, Open Office Hours)

Package Fee: $7,500-$10,500 (payment plans available)
