Flat-rate, transparent pricing gives you plenty of room to grow without price increases
Standard Set-Up
Set-up is a one-time fee, typically split into 3 monthly installments which span the build process.
The standard set-up is $7,500. Add $3,000 if you also need a custom website to be created with done-for-you content migration - which means our team moves your page content, files, etc. to the new site.
Standard set-up includes:
- pre-planning sessions
- creation of your member portal, including a Member Benefits Center and any initial groups you need
- set-up of your core processes - including any associated forms, emails, and automations
- new member joining
- member renewals
- events and continuing education
- donations and sponsorships
- connecting your payment processing
- importing your data
- training your administrative designees
- assisting you with launch messaging and member invitations
A variety of custom add-ons are available to cover unique requirements and can be discussed during the contracting process.
Subscriptions / CARE Plans
Essential CARE: $297/month or $2997/annual

Premium CARE: $497/month or $4997/annual

- Accessibility monitoring
- Automated policies for privacy, terms and conditions, cookie consent, EULA and disclaimers
- Multi-language website translation widget
- Done-for-you member login assistance
Elite CARE: $997/month or $9997/annual
Includes everything above, plus:
- Done-for-you work session each month
- Quarterly strategy session
*Every account includes generous use of features, based on what is usual and customary for association operations. Some volume caps do apply to email, text and phone usage to prevent abuse.
