Organizations often ask about if financial transactions performed in JourneyCARE can by synced over to Quickbooks and the answer is YES! But what if you want to go the OTHER way and have invoices that are created in Quickbooks automatically imported into JourneyCARE? Now, you can do that, too! It's as easy as setting a toggle on your Quickbooks integration. Next, the dev team is working on allowing you to import existing invoices by CSV which is a frequent request by organizations that are migrating over from other AMS platforms. So keep an eye out for that enhancement in future updates!

Do you offer certifications that expire? Now there's an easy way to set up expiration reminders without needing to build out an entire workflow. Locate the certificate template wherein you want to add expiry option. Click 3 dots > Set Expiry and choose a relevant date to modify your preferences. For a selected date, you can choose whether you want 2 reminder emails to go out or 1 and toggle them on/off. Add all relevant days for each reminder email. All emails will be sent out after the number of days that are added. The same can be done for all certificates under Issued certificate tab for individual level customization

Several new functionalities to the Companies feature, enhancing its usability and flexibility. These updates are designed to give you greater control over managing company records, improve data accessibility, and streamline your workflows. This feature is currently in Subaccounts > Labs > "Company Enhanced UI + Custom Fields" What's New? 1. Create, Edit, and Update Custom Fields: Tailor your company records by adding custom fields to track data points specific to your business needs. 2. Manage Fields and Customize List View: Decide which fields to display in the List View for a more focused view. 3. Advanced Filters: Apply filters on standard and custom fields to narrow down records. 4. Sorting Options: Sort company records by any field, such as Name, City, or custom criteria. 5. Enhanced Search Functionality: Search across both standard fields (e.g., Name, Phone, Email) and custom fields.

It's a simple change, but meaningful if you do media-rich posts with JourneyCARE's Social Planner. Now, you can select multiple media files - images and videos - to be pulled into the post simultaneously rather than needing to add them one-by-one. This new upgrade also allows you to easily reorder the images after they've been added to the post by simply dragging and dropping each image or video into the order you prefer.

Want more control over where people go after they pay? You can now choose your redirection url when you use Payment Links in JourneyCARE. When you set the url: The webpage will redirect there after payment is recorded. You can decide whether that page opens in the same tab or a new tab. In case the browser blocks redirection, users can manually visit the same URL. A five-second timer helps people know that they're being redirected.

We have several new enhancements that have rolled out for the Social Planner feature in JourneyCARE. LinkedIn PDFs are no longer constrained to A4 size. Warnings are now collapsed by default and expand when clicked. For TikTok business accounts, user can now select any privacy level (previously restricted to public only) For Personal TikTok accounts, users can use up to 2,200 characters as captions. Updated instructions provide guidance for how to best use the Category Queue feature. Moving forward, any items imported using a templated library will be marked with the source “Template” making t The Content tab now displays icons, improving visual clarity and ease of navigation.
