We have several new enhancements that have rolled out for the Social Planner feature in JourneyCARE. LinkedIn PDFs are no longer constrained to A4 size. Warnings are now collapsed by default and expand when clicked. For TikTok business accounts, user can now select any privacy level (previously restricted to public only) For Personal TikTok accounts, users can use up to 2,200 characters as captions. Updated instructions provide guidance for how to best use the Category Queue feature. Moving forward, any items imported using a templated library will be marked with the source “Template” making t The Content tab now displays icons, improving visual clarity and ease of navigation.

We're all familiar with the QR codes that take you automatically to a certain web page, but what if a QR code could automatically launch a phone call, text, or email? It's now possible with the advanced functionality that has rolled out for JourneyCARE's QR codes. Imagine the possibilities: point your camera here to automatically text the keyword "DONATE" and the person receives a payment link back; point your camera here to automatically get a copy of our annual report and the person automatically gets an email with the resource, plus they get tagged annual report; point your camera here to place a call to a sponsor shown on a sign at a conference. Our team can't wait to see the creative ideas that this new feature generates!

Because we know that every organization has different preferences for how payments are collected, our team is always looking for new ways to make that easy and flexible for you. The newest option allows you to accept a payment as part of a survey. This allows you to accept donations, sell products, or charge for programs in a way that feels completely seamless. If you've used this feature with a JourneyCARE form, you'll find the set-up to be similar and quite intuitive. *The main difference between forms and surveys is that a form shows all of the questions on the same screen, whereas a survey presents one question at a time.

It's now even easier to automatically follow-up with people who interact with the emails you send. Instantly segment with tags based on opens, clicks, replies, and more! You can quickly set the desired tag(s) on the sending screen when you are prepping an email to go out. While you *could* do this previously by setting up workflows, having this built right into the sending screen saves you time by eliminating the need to create those automations. After sending, you'll be able to see a tags summary as part of your campaign statistics.

Simply design your item, make it available for purchase, and then sit back as Printify seamlessly handles any orders that come in. During 2024, sixty-one new products were added, bringing the total products instantly available to you to 371.
