Customize certificate expiration reminders

Do you offer certifications that expire?


Now there's an easy way to set up expiration reminders without needing to build out an entire workflow.


  • Locate the certificate template wherein you want to add expiry option.
  • Click 3 dots > Set Expiry and choose a relevant date to modify your preferences.
  • For a selected date, you can choose whether you want 2 reminder emails to go out or 1 and toggle them on/off.
  • Add all relevant days for each reminder email. All emails will be sent out after the number of days that are added.
  • The same can be done for all certificates under Issued certificate tab for individual level customization

There are now 3 options to choose from: Fixed Timer: A universal end time that is the same for everyone Recurring Timer: This type loops with configurable durations and cycles Dynamic Timer: This one is personalized to each person based on when they opened the email You'll find the timer functionality in JourneyCARE's Marketing tools. The Ad Manager statistics section in JourneyCARE now provides performance data for Sales and Engagement campaigns.  This data was previously only available for Leads and Traffic objectives. How It Works: Under Ad Manager Statistics tab of Ad Manager, we can see the campaign performance details. In the "Results" column of campaign statistics, users will now see outcome data for: Engagement Objective with Messaging Apps as the conversion location Displays the number of people who started a conversation through the ad.
