Regularly publishing content on your website isn't very helpful if no one sees it.


With JourneyCARE, you can automatically pull your latest articles or news posts into a pre-formatted email template and send to the list you've specified.


This feature utilizes your blog's RSS Feed and sends on the frequency of your choosing.


Our latest update to this feature now allows you to set a maximum feed count for each campaign, so you never have to worry about over-burdening your readers if you've had a spike in your publishing frequency.

A new feature in workflows has folled out which allows filtering based on whether someone agreed to the Terms and Conditions (T&C) element in a Form, Survey, or Quiz. This enhancement helps streamline user targeting and ensures workflow steps are aligned with compliance requirements. To use the feature, simply create a trigger like you normally would for a Form, Survey, or Quiz and then add the filter layer.

In Portal settings, you'll now find FOURTEEN additional notification emails you can customize for Communities. Be sure to pop over to Portal -> Settings -> Emails to take a look at the list and revise your preferences. Group Membership Status Email New Member Request Declined/Removed by Admin Added to Private Channel General Group Emails New Comment Reply Content Reported Role Changes Group Ownership Changed Subscription/Payment Status Email Additionally, Post and Comment tagging emails now contain a preview of the comment/post.
