Full set-up includes custom website design and end-to-end automations for running your membership organization.

The one-time cost of Full Custom Set-Up starts at $12,500.

CARE Kits

Perfect for organizations that want to focus on growing and improving specific areas of operations.

Choose from:

  • Member CARE

  • Donor CARE

  • Volunteer CARE

  • Sponsor CARE

  • Attendee CARE

The one-time cost of your initial CARE Kit is $5,500.

Additional kits are $3,500. Each kit include templates and training to make installation for your organization easy.

Subscription / Ongoing Costs

JourneyCARE with standard features is $97/month or $997/year.

JourneyCARE with advanced features is $297/month or $2997/year,

All accounts come with a monthly credit to use toward texting, email and/or voice calls. The credit typically covers about 15,000 emails per month, 2,000 text messages, or a mixture of the two.

Utilization beyond the credit amount is currently billed at these rates:

*SMS: $7.90 per 1000 text segments

*Email: $8.00 per 10,000 messages, or $80.00 per 100,000 messages

*Voice: $1.40 per 100 minutes outgoing, $.80 per 100 minutes incoming

Printing/Postage:

If your organization chooses to utilize our integrated direct mail tool to design/mail postcards, letters or other mailers, you can design as many items as you wish at no extra charge.
