Got Duplicates? Merging Just Got Smarter

In JourneyCARE, you can easily merge up to 10 duplicate contacts... because let's face it... sometimes people have multiple email addresses and phone numbers, so things can start getting messy.


Now, in addition to all of the merging capabilities that you had before, you'll notice some new enhancements:

  • Merging and Adding Additional Email Addresses and Phone Numbers: Retain additional email addresses and phone numbers while merging contacts. Select a primary email and phone number during the merge process as per your requirement.

  • Improved DND Preference Management: Gain full control over DND settings by selecting preferences for each communication channel individually.

  • Updated UX: Experience a cleaner interface with significant fixes and performance improvements to streamline your workflow.

A new feature in workflows has folled out which allows filtering based on whether someone agreed to the Terms and Conditions (T&C) element in a Form, Survey, or Quiz. This enhancement helps streamline user targeting and ensures workflow steps are aligned with compliance requirements. To use the feature, simply create a trigger like you normally would for a Form, Survey, or Quiz and then add the filter layer.

In Portal settings, you'll now find FOURTEEN additional notification emails you can customize for Communities. Be sure to pop over to Portal -> Settings -> Emails to take a look at the list and revise your preferences. Group Membership Status Email New Member Request Declined/Removed by Admin Added to Private Channel General Group Emails New Comment Reply Content Reported Role Changes Group Ownership Changed Subscription/Payment Status Email Additionally, Post and Comment tagging emails now contain a preview of the comment/post.
