Automatically tag people who interact with your emails

It's now even easier to automatically follow-up with people who interact with the emails you send. Instantly segment with tags based on opens, clicks, replies, and more!


You can quickly set the desired tag(s) on the sending screen when you are prepping an email to go out.


While you *could* do this previously by setting up workflows, having this built right into the sending screen saves you time by eliminating the need to create those automations.


After sending, you'll be able to see a tags summary as part of your campaign statistics.

A new feature in workflows has folled out which allows filtering based on whether someone agreed to the Terms and Conditions (T&C) element in a Form, Survey, or Quiz. This enhancement helps streamline user targeting and ensures workflow steps are aligned with compliance requirements. To use the feature, simply create a trigger like you normally would for a Form, Survey, or Quiz and then add the filter layer.

In Portal settings, you'll now find FOURTEEN additional notification emails you can customize for Communities. Be sure to pop over to Portal -> Settings -> Emails to take a look at the list and revise your preferences. Group Membership Status Email New Member Request Declined/Removed by Admin Added to Private Channel General Group Emails New Comment Reply Content Reported Role Changes Group Ownership Changed Subscription/Payment Status Email Additionally, Post and Comment tagging emails now contain a preview of the comment/post.
