Speed optimizations for community

Today, we want to give a special shout out to the unsung heroes on the dev team who work tirelessly to keep every aspect of the system running at peak performance.


Most recently, it's Communities that got a little re-tuning, specifically in the speed for chat suggestion. (You know that little modal that suggests people as you start typing in the name of someone you'd like to message?) 


There are all sorts of behind-the-scenes things like this... tiny little things that are practically unnoticeable when they are running well, but they only stay unnoticeable because there are real people behind the scenes monitoring and innovating.

It happens to everyone at some point. You've composed the perfect post for the Community and after you push the submit button, you realize you added it to the wrong Channel. Now it's super easy for ANY member to move a post to a different channel. (Note that members can only move one of their own posts. Admins can move anyone's post.) How to Move a Post to Another Channel: Click the three-dot menu (⋯) in the top-right corner of the post. From the dropdown menu, select the "Move to Channel" option. Choose the channel where you'd like the post to appear instead. That's it! The post will be successfully moved to the selected channel.

Organizations often ask about if financial transactions performed in JourneyCARE can by synced over to Quickbooks and the answer is YES! But what if you want to go the OTHER way and have invoices that are created in Quickbooks automatically imported into JourneyCARE? Now, you can do that, too! It's as easy as setting a toggle on your Quickbooks integration. Next, the dev team is working on allowing you to import existing invoices by CSV which is a frequent request by organizations that are migrating over from other AMS platforms. So keep an eye out for that enhancement in future updates!
