Moving to JourneyCARE requires a one-time set-up fee, then an ongoing subscription ("CARE Plan").

Our tiered plans make using JourneyCARE easy and also help you use the software for growth.

ESSENTIAL CARE

Covers the basics to keep your site up and running

  • Hosting and security certificate (SSL)

  • Daily office hours via Zoom (M-F)

  • Fast, friendly email support

  • On-call coverage for urgent issues that occur overnight, weekends, and holidays

*NOTE:

High volume emailing and SMS messaging may be subject to additional usage fees based on sending volume.

These additional fees are due to what the telecommunications providers charge. Any anticipated usage charges will be discussed and mutually accepted during the contracting process.

PREMIUM CARE

Adds done-for-you maintenance to make managing your website hassle-free

Includes everything in Essentials, PLUS:

  • Accessibility monitoring to maintain compliance with international legislation & standards: ADA, WCAG, Section 508 & EN 301549 - this provides an important safety net if you have use website administrators who aren't familiar with accessibility requirements and may inadvertently make errors

  • Policies for privacy, terms & conditions, cookie policy, cookie consent, EULA, and disclaimers - automatic monitoring and refreshed when laws change

  • Multi-language website translation widget - allows site visitors to instantly view your website in their preferred language

  • One done-for-you work session per month - bring your list of changes!

  • Discounted rate on additional done-for-you work sessions

  • Support for any members who have login or payment difficulty - those inquiries can come to us instead of you
